What you paste is classified in your browser and is not sent to us unless you choose to save a register. When you save, the list you pasted (document titles, owners, dates and the other columns as you typed them) and the classification are stored so the product can show them back to you, and are deleted on request or when you close your account. The owner names on your list are personal data of your colleagues; they are stored only inside your saved register, are shown only to your account, and are never used for anything else. Your email address is stored for sign-in. We do not sell data, run advertising, or share your registers with anyone. Transactional email (sign-in links, receipts) is the only email a saved account receives. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our systems.
